PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them at Gate 1 or Gate 2. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. For taxis and ride shares, head to Gate 2 after the show.
WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
BOX OFFICE
Open on show days from 12pm and every Friday 12-6pm.
THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east and west plazas.
DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions. RECYCLING You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
CAMPING
Stay on-site and be closer to the action. Head to our camping site to find out which shows you can camp for, and reserve your spot.
TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
WATER
Up to (2) two 1-gallon or smaller in a factory sealed or empty, clear/transparent, bottle per person. Empty reusable bottles permitted. Frozen water bottles are not permitted.
